Arboretum

Friday morning I took Ella out to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum, near Superior. She was excited all week to see some wildflowers, and she saw many. It was definitely a bonus that we got to see so many different birds and of course, the statues. As you'll see I think Ella was more impressed with those than anything else.
Ella spotted a caterpillar eating a flower.
Lots of different birds flying around:
Of course she took time to be a goof.
Her first encounter with her beloved "Mama" statue.
Loves those statues.
Taking a break from the hike.
Nearing the end of the long trek.
Had to see "Mama" one last time before we left.

Great photos, and love her imitation of the Mom statue. Looks like a really pretty place.
