So we woke up to lots of wind and rain this morning as most Phoenicians did. As I was sitting on the porch with Ella watching the lightning and rainfall she says, "I've always wanted to splash in the puddles." I told her to go get her old boots and have at it.

OK, wow! That is a lot of rain. I sure wish it would rain here. We need a break from the 100 degree heat. Ella looks like she's having so much fun. I miss the summer monsoons in AZ - loved them so much.
